GRA uses SwiftPage Act or (if applicable) the client's own CRM system to input data. occassionally contact data is exported to an Excel document and communicated to the client through a secure emailing system.
 

A flexible approach is undertaken. Work can be undertaken at GRA  or your own premises, on an individual project or regular ongoing basis.  Data can be exported to yourselves in Excel format, or input directly into your own system.

GDPR - GRA's approach takes into account GDPR Legislation. We are very much a B2B and Industrial Consultancy.  The core to our work has always been on the basis of 'Legitimate Interest' and identifying the correct decision-makers and influencers.
